How To Edit Your Wiki

During a campaign, it can be difficult to keep track of everything you need! Your wiki exists as a central hub for all your campaign’s important information. You and your party can use it to flesh out your world-building by tracking your campaign’s lore, building a bestiary and much more! Even better, as a GM you have access to GM only notes to help you with behind-the-scenes planning!

How do I create a new page?

Find the “+ New” dropdown menu on the black menu bar at the top of your screen. Hover your mouse over it to bring up a list of choices and select “wiki page.” Don’t forget to scroll all the way down and hit “create page” when finished.

You can also create new pages inside your wiki. When editing a page simply surround the name of your new page in double square brackets such as [[New Page Title]]. Once saved this will create a link to a new page that you may then edit.

How do I edit my pages?

You can find a list of your wiki pages by clicking the “See All Pages” button on the right-hand side of the wiki pages. Select “view page” on the page you would like to edit then click the gray paper and pencil icon to the left of the wiki title. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done!

Can I link pages?

You absolutely can! Click on “wiki link” button on the right-hand side of the wiki page you are currently editing. This will bring a list of your existing wiki pages, click “insert” to create a link between the pages.  Here you’ll also find options for linking to a preexisting character and adding media/images to your page.
