Can't Log In

The most common causes of login problems are incorrect emails and mistyped passwords. Try these steps before submitting a trouble ticket:

Reset Password

If you have successfully logged in in the past, but are unable to now, please follow this link to reset your password. If the reset password email does not arrive in a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Once the email arrives, please cut and paste your username and password directly into the login form.

Login with Google/Facebook/Twitter/etc.

If you signed up with a 3rd party provider like Google, Facebook, or Twitter, then you need to continue signing in with that method. Click on the icon of the provider you used and log in normally.

Still no luck?

If you're still unable to log in, check the following:

  • Is your Caps Lock on? Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Are you typing in your username correctly? You must use your username (not your email!) and it must be spelled correctly.
  • Are you sure you've registered? You'll need to register an account before you can log in.
