Permissions, Revisions and Diffs
A lot of my wiki pages are information for the players, and not meant to be information BY the players. Ideally I'd like to mark some pages as read-only. But failing that, it would be good if OP maintained past revisions of pages, and implemented viewing of adds/deletes/changes within a page. Perhaps you could poach some code from: http://drupal.org/project/diff

Revisions and diffs will be here at some point. No ETA just yet.
I discuss permissions here:

You make a well-reasoned argument. In that case, I wouldn't say permissions are an issue. I'd like to see revisions and diffs though. I'm not afraid of malice, but I'm afraid of mistakes. I spend a lot of hours writing campaign background and other documents, and if a player accidentally blows it away, or well-meaningly but mistakenly alters something important, then I'm up the creek. Right now the only option is for me to download a complete backup of my campaign site every time I make an edit. What I WOULD do is just maintain my docs elsewhere and paste copies into OP, but the limited HTML/Textile with lack of WYSIWYG editing eliminates that as an option.

Agree 100%, it's just that revisioning / diffing for an OP page is more
complicated than most CMS's, due to multiple fields like public text, GM
only, and player secrets. That's why we've punted on it so far. Eventually
we'll get to it when the time is right.

We did launch a new feature where we show the different revisions for a Campaign wiki. Have a looks and let us know what you think.
