Can't Load a Avatar Image for Characters

Hello,

As the subject states, I am unable to load an image for the avatar image of a character I created. I experienced similar problems when trying to load my profile avatar, and was only successful after scrolling through various images to see which ones would work. Is this a program issue, or is there a specific set of criteria an avatar image has to meet in order to load?

    The criteria for image uploads isn't very restrictive, what types of images are you trying to use, and how big are they?
