Wiki Tags
I've added a tag four times but it is saying two still. Previously to 2 it was stuck on 1. In order to fix this I had to clear my cache. Is this normal/expected behavior in Firefox 11.0?

This may have been a connection issue as it is not happening anymore now that I cleared my cache again. I'm going to leave this open so that it can be addressed still.

I've noticed more behavior... its not updating after I clear the cache. Is it delayed perhaps? The filtering by tag shows everything, just the list of tags doesn't show the correct number next to it.

Yes, we do some caching on our end and it may affect the tag counts. I
can't remember exactly, but I think it caches things for roughly 30 minutes
at a time, so that should be the max you should have to wait before the
numbers update correctly.
