Yet another "No Email Updates" Post, as directed by the Master Thread

I need your campaign URL:

-The action where the email notifications failed(Calendar updates, password reset, adventure log updates) ALL FORMS OF UPDATES. Calendar, Adventure Log, Wiki Changes, Page Changes, Forum posts.

-The username and email of the user whos email notification failed. This is critical! (They should be an OP user, not the email of someone without an account) MichaelWillett (logged in using FB credentials)

    Thank you Michael. This information helps. The new team is investigating the deliver-ability issue at this time to ascertain what's going on with this issue. They understand this has plagued the site for some time. It maybe an IP reputation issue with our mail provider, an investigation is underway.

    To advise, I do not use freemail systems, so there are no redirect or forward issues here either. I own my own sites. Strangely enough, two other players have e-mails on the same server as mine and are getting their updates, so I know it isnt on my end. :)

    As an aside, I went ahead and did some initial testing from my end.

    I can get the updates from these support tickets just fine.
    I can get updates when I submit a ticket, create a campaign, or any other "system" message.
    I have created a new campaign, and tested all the functions I am having issues with on the other campaigns. Same results.
    I have created a new, non-facebook associated account with login, added it to the campaigns. Will advise if I can replicate the behavior.

    I am also wondering if it is a problem with ascendant members, or members across the board?

    Side account is getting updates from Forum, at least, in one of the established campaigns. Again, starting to wonder if it is a problem with my Ascendant status.

    The development team has come to recognize that there are several different services which previously were responsible for sending e-mail from the application. They are working at this time to begin changing how outbound transaction e-mail is being handled.
