Unable to change campaign status from "On Hiatus" to "Playing"

Good afternoon. I am trying to change the status of my game, The Directorate, from "On Hiatus" to "Playing". When I click on the dropdown, and click Save, the screen just seems to scroll back to the top of the page. I do not receive any error messages, or anything else that indicates the change was saved. When I go back to the game's front page, the status is still "On Hiatus". Is there a step I am missing? Thanks again for your support.

    I can check on my side, and then escalate this to the team. Could you provide specific steps to reproduce the issue for your campaign (ID 24475)?

    For example:

    Step 1) Navigated to [URL]
    Step 2) Clicked on the drop-down, changed status to On Hiatus
    Step 3) Clicked Save Button
    Step 4) Observed refresh, data was not committed

    Also which device/browser are you using?

    Thanks for the response. Yes the steps below are correct. I'm using IE 11, on a standard Windows 10 laptop.
