Problem with creating a new account

While trying to create a new account with either Google SSO or Facebook SSO, I get following message: "Internal Server Error (500)
We have logged an unexpected error. Our technical team is dedicated to providing amazing gaming experiences and will investigate further. Please click here to return to the previous page."

To reproduce I go to and click for create new account, then I either click Google+ or Facebook logo. It forwards me to either Google or Facebook and asks my permission to let your site view my basic info and email address. I click accept, get redirected back to your site where the error 500 is displayed.

For example following pages gave me the error 500:

    No worries anymore, I was able to create an account using my android phone. Neither Chrome or Firefox on PC would not work, but now that I have an account it lets me to log in.

    To clarify, are you asserting that you cannot create an account on Chrome or Firefox desktop browsers today and that you had to use your chrome mobile browser as a work-around on android?

    Yes, that's summarizes exactly what the situation was and how I ended up
    creating my account on Apr 7th. I first tried to register on Apr 6th using
    Chrome and Firefox on two different desktops and reported the problem to
    this thread afterwards.

    On Apr 7th I decided to try again to see if it was just some hiccup, still
    no luck with Chrome or with Firefox. Then I come up with an idea to try the
    same with my phone and it just worked with a Chrome for android browser.

    Later on Apr 7th I was going to reply to you in this thread but as you had
    some kind of maintenance break going on that prevented access to your site,
    I figured out I give it some time for the dust to settle.

    I'm seeing a fairly consistent number of subscriptions at this time and have not received any other tickets along these lines. This would appear to be related to the production deployment issue that was encountered on the 6th.
