Posts on my campaign's message boards are not being emailed to the players even with the "email all" box checked. Any reason why?

    Exactly.

    It doesn't matter what boxes we uncheck or check or what browsers we use or whether it's done via mobile or tablet or PC; every edit to a Forum page sends out an email notification to everyone in our group. SSDD.

    We've even tried doing it in person at our weekly group gaming session to verify. Doesn't matter. SSDD.

    I could take a video showing you 'proof' but I'm aware that OP has higher priorities to fix first. However maybe it might help troubleshoot why some groups aren't receiving ANY email notifications at all.

    It sounds like user notification settings are not being respected by the email dispatcher. I've created a ticket and the team will triage the issue and take action as appropriate.

    My group is having issues again. It worked great for about 6 months but now we had another case where we almost missed a session due to reminder emails not going out.

    Dark-Waters-Rising is our main site.

    PLEASE fix this one. :(

    Same here Henry. Not sure why you & I are receiving each other’s
    messages. I’m simply having major issues with the notification system.
